Raymore United Soccer is proud to announce that Andrew Fletcher, Head Coach of both the Boys and Girls Soccer programs at Raymore-Peculiar High School, has joined our club as an official liaison. This exciting partnership represents a major step forward in our shared mission to cultivate local soccer talent. In his new role, Coach Fletcher will collaborate closely with Raymore United coaches, players, and families to help align player development with the standards and expectations of the high school program—bridging the gap between club and school soccer like never before.
“This is all about creating a clear pathway for our athletes,” said Coach Fletcher. “By collaborating with Raymore United, we can help young players build the technical, tactical, and mental foundations they’ll need to succeed at the high school level and beyond. It also gives players the chance to keep developing their skills while staying connected to their friends and teammates right here in the community, and be excited to play for and represent the Ray-Pec Panthers.”
Through this partnership, Raymore United teams will gain deeper insights into high school-level competition, training standards, and team culture. In turn, Ray-Pec coaches will gain a closer look at up-and-coming talent from our club—strengthening the pipeline of skilled, confident players who are ready and excited to represent Ray-Pec at the high school level.
Raymore United’s Justin Hauser added, “We’re proud to bring together two strong soccer programs in Raymore. With this partnership, we’re investing in the future of our players and giving them every opportunity to reach their goals.”
Stay tuned for more details on upcoming joint training sessions, coaching clinics, and development opportunities for players of all ages. Together, we’re building the future of Raymore soccer—stronger, smarter, and more united than ever.
